Gradually, we’ll transition into a warmer flow that beings energy to your day, incorporating fluid sequences that improve mobility, build warmth, and introduce light strength work to prepare you for the week ahead. As the practice progresses, we’ll shift into a restorative cool-down, focusing on long-held Yin poses to deeply stretch and release tension in your muscles and fascia. Finally, we will finish up by settling you into a deeply relaxing savasana, allowing you to fully relax and soak in the benefits of your practice. TUESDAY REVITALISING FLOW
