what do I need to bring to studio classes?
You will need to wear comfortable clothing and bring water to drink, a blanket for meditation and an optional pillow or cushion for comfort.
We have Yoga Mats, blocks and bolsters but you can bring your own equipment if you would like to.
Is there a toilet at the studio?
There is currently no toilet facilities at the studio, however, there is a very well maintained portable toilet behind the Kennedy Glasgow Centre, about 1 minute walk from the studio.
Is there a changing room at the studio?
Unfortunately there is no changing facilities at the studio at present
when should I arrive to class?
Please ensure to arrive to class at least 5 minutes before start time. If you arrive before that, please do not enter the studio as live recordings, other classes or events may be taking place.
Please do not enter the studio past the class start time as this can interrupt other participants practice making it difficult to settle into the practice.
Can I bring my child/children to classes with me?
Babies from new born to crawling are welcome to accompany parents at our New Parent Yoga Classes.
Children over 12yrs old are welcome to accompany an adult to classes and spaces can be booked through your own account by purchasing a ticket for someone else.
16yrs+ are welcome to attend classes by themselves
We are hoping to have children's yoga classes and partner parent and child classes in the future.
I am pregnant, do you have prenatal classes available?
Unfortunately there are no prenatal specific classes available at present, however, some of our more Gentle Flows can be adjusted for Pregnancy.
Please ensure to inform Niamh if you are pregnant and she will arrange a call with you to discuss.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be done via our momence booking platform / app 12 hours prior to class starting.
We try to accommodate class cancellations for Monthly Memberships with a replacement class within the same week, this is subject to class availability and at the discretion of Roots Wellness.
Cancellations of pay as you go classes or class pass bookings must be done 12 hours prior to class start time, through our booking app: Momence. Cancellations after this time will still be charged and credits will not be issued.
If you have booked a semester of classes and are unable to make a class within the semester, refunds or credits will not be issued.
We do not offer refunds or credit for workshops, events or trainings.
All purchases are final.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your space to another person by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours prior to the event start time.
